If you cancel your reservation prior to first booked night you will get the following refund:

14 or more days full refund

8-13 days 50% refund

7 or less days no refund*

*If we are able to re-book we will refund days rebooked less $50 fee

Check in time is officially 3pm, however if the suite is available earlier we will notify you on the day of check in and you will be able to check in early.

Check out is 12 noon. A late check out can be arranged for a fee if there is no booking with arrival on that same day.

There is an electronic lock on the entry door. You will be provided with a personal access code for the duration of your stay. That will be provided to you one to two days prior to check in.

We have put in two Wifi routers to ensure you have high speed service during your stay - AND it is FREE!

There are two parking stalls for average sized vehicles adjacent to the entry door. Additional free street parking is available if you have a longer vehicle or require additional parking.

We are located in a neighborhood adjacent to farm land. It is a great place to go for a walk but you will need transportation to get to stores and restaurants. With a car there is shopping area within about 3-5 min drive that has several restaurants, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, a liquor store and more.

There are many little extras added to the suite it is hard to know where to start! Outdoors there is a private area with seating and a BBQ that looks over a market garden, vineyard and the valley. 

We offer additional services and even have a mini store in the suite to assist with those things you may have forgotten or condiments for your BBQ dinner.

We try to make traveling with small children easy for families. We have a full size crib and a pack and play as well as change table, high chair, toys for small children and even a baby monitor to make your stay super fun and easy. You will find child size table and chairs, kids plates and cups and more. One thing to note is that there is no full bath tub in the suite - there is a shower and for infants a baby bath is provided.

Most of the toys and books are located within the suite and can be accessed by guests. A few items such as the crib and change pad we set up if requested - so please be sure to let us know if you would like us to have these ready for your arrival. 

We have a wide selection of board games, cards, children's toys and even beach toys and beach towels for your use. 

There are two TV's one in the living room and one in the main bedroom both with cable and the ability to connect to streaming services such as Netflix. And we have high speed Wi-Fi ensuring your streaming is seamless.

We live onsite so are readily available if you need any assistance or run into a snag. Once your booking is in place you will be provided with a cell phone number you can call if anything comes up. If we happen to be away we will always have someone on call to assist.
